And I heard, Go and Find Them, Go and Find Them. My next question was Find who? And I was led by The Holy Spirit of God to go read and understand, the Great Commission of Our Lord Jesus Christ to ALL Christians.

In the Book of Matthews, Jesus tells the disciples to: “Go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything that I have commanded you.”

How do I fulfill God’s Great Commission?

The three main ways we can help fulfill the Great Commission from home are prayers, volunteering, and giving. We agree that all believers are called to be involved in fulfilling the Great Commission (Matthew 28).

Below is a prayer crafted as a combination of different catholic prayers but fundamentally based on the Divine Mercy Chaplet.

This is my main daily prayer as I journey to the Kingdom.

May God Help Us All on our journeys to The Kingdom in Jesus Mighty Name I pray, Amen.

Praise God Almighty, Praise Our Lord Jesus Christ, and Praise The Holy Ghost, Amen.

Please take a little time to say this 15-minute prayer below.

Opening Prayers

(Diary of St. Faustina Kowalska, 1319)

You expired, Jesus, but the source of life gushed forth for souls,
and the ocean of mercy opened up for the whole world.
O Fount of Life, unfathomable Divine Mercy,
envelop the whole world and empty yourself upon us.

Repeat three times:

O Blood and Water, which gushed forth from the Heart of Jesus as a fountain of Mercy for us, I trust in you!

On each “Our Father” bead of the Rosary, pray:

Eternal Father, I offer you the Body and Blood, soul and divinity of your dearly beloved Son, our Lord Jesus Christ, in the atonement of My sins, in the atonement of the sins of my Family members, in the atonement of the sins of my Relatives, in the atonement of the sins of Little Children in the world, in the atonement of the Sins of the Clergy, and the atonement of the sins of the whole World.

Sorrowful Passion

On each of the 10 “Hail Mary” beads, pray:
Lord, Have Mercy on My Soul

For the sake of Your Sorrowful Passion, Lord Jesus, Have Mercy on my Soul and purify my Soul with Your Precious Blood, Amen.

Holy Mary, Mother of God, please pray for me a sinner now and at the hour of my death, Amen.

Blessed Mother Mary, please pray that I am made worthy of the Promises of Christ, Amen.

Lord Jesus help my Soul to prepare for my assignment on Earth, Amen.

Lord Jesus, My Savior, My Redeemer, My God, and My Soon Coming King, by Your Blood, help my Soul to prepare for Your Second Coming King Jesus, Amen and give me the strength I need for my journey to the Kingdom, Amen.

Lord, Have Mercy on My Offspring, Descendants, Relatives

For the sake of Your Sorrowful Passion, Lord Jesus, Have Mercy on the Souls of All my offspring and descendants to a thousand generation and have mercy on All my Relatives: by Blood, by Marriage, by Children, In-laws, and other forms of Relationships, Amen; and purify these Souls with Your Precious Blood, Amen.

Holy Mary Mother of God, please pray for them sinners, now and at the hour of their death, Amen.

Blessed Mother Mary, please pray that these Souls are made worthy of the Promises of Christ, Amen.

Lord Jesus help their Souls to prepare for the Second Coming of Our Lord Jesus Christ, Amen, and give them the strength they need for their journey to the Kingdom, Amen

For the sake of his sorrowful Passion, Lord Jesus, Have Mercy on the Souls of All Little Children in the World, and purify their Hearts and Souls with Your Precious Blood, Amen. And by Your Blood, save them and free their Souls from the evil one, Amen.

Holy Mary Mother of God, pray for these little ones, now and at the hour of their death, Amen.

Blessed Mother Mary, please pray that these young children are made worthy of the Promises of Christ, Amen.

Lord Jesus help their Souls to prepare for the Second Coming of Our Lord Jesus Christ, Amen, and give them the strength they need for their journey to the Kingdom, Amen.

For the sake of Your Sorrowful Passion, Lord Jesus, Have Mercy on the Souls of the Whole World, and purify these Souls with Your Precious Blood, Amen.

Blessed Mother Mary, please pray that All Souls are made worthy of the Promises of Christ, Amen.
